All persons attending the conference need to register as conference participants. This includes presenting authors and co-authors.
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. Thank you for your understanding.
In the registration form, participants will be asked whether they wish to attend the social dinner.
The registration and payment button is still activated only for attendees. No more presenters are accepted.
The registration process and related payments are managed by the event’s organising committee, Renbel Group. Payments will be handled directly by them in compliance with the applicable regulations.
We inform participants that requests for revisions and additions to abstracts received MUST NOT be resubmitted, but are aimed at improving your presentations for the conference.

DEADLINES
Contributions acceptance will be confirmed by February 16, 2025.
Early Bird Registration will start on February 19, 2025, and end on March 15, 2025.
Thus, the standard registration will start on March 16, 2025.
The conference call for proposals opened on September 15, 2024. All abstracts must be submitted by January 12, 2025, to conference@ernape.eu
SOCIAL DINNER
1 The social dinner will take place at the Vescovo Moro Restaurant at 8:00 PM on June 5, 2025 (Thursday evening). To participate, you must select and pay for your attendance in the registration form. Seating is limited to a maximum of 60 people. A guided visit to the Basilica of San Zeno will be organised exclusively for attendees, starting at 6:30 PM.
